So beautiful! This is one of my favorite national parks. I hope to visit there again in the future.

We visited during a new moon but I want to come back to see the full and hike!

The moon was so Beautiful tonight even from Capitol Reef National Park.... I felt like I could reach out and touch it!

The relative softness of the marine shales of the Grand Staircase’s Grey Cliffs has allowed the Paria Valley east of the park to expand widely beyond & below the harder Pink Cliffs of Bryce Canyon National Park. This is much of why the visibility here feels as long as it is.
