Apricots will be available starting Friday, July 12th in the Gifford Orchard. Fruit consumed in the orchard is free, prices are $1.00 per pound, or $20.00 per bushel (approximately 50 pounds) for fruit taken out of the orchard.
This orchard will be open from dawn to dusk daily until the harvest ends. Apricots are ripe when they are slightly soft to the touch and come off the tree easily. Please do not climb the trees but instead safely use the ladders and pickers provided.

On this sunny summer afternoon, visitors and mule deer (Odocoileus hemionus) are having their meals in the shady picnic area. Please remember to keep your distance, stay at least 30 feet (9 meters) away and do not feed wild animals. Thanks for #keepingwildlifewild.
