Guadalupe Mountains Today is your central source for all the latest news, inspiration, events, photos & more from Guadalupe Mountains National Park in Texas, with official social feeds from the National Park Service & more.
Summer evenings are a great time to experience the Guadalupe Mountains! As the sun begins to dip behind the ridge line, the park starts to come alive again, as if awoken from a midday nap. And for many desert critters, their day really begins at night! If you visit the park this summer, consider camping overnight, or delaying your exit awhile to catch one of our Evening Ranger Programs. They occur at 7:00 PM every Friday and Saturday at our Pine Springs Campground Amphitheater.
